1. Return Window (Damage/Defect Only)
We offer a 7-day return policy, applicable only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be in original packaging
- Include invoice or proof of purchase
Important Note:
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product selection by the customer
- Minor color/design variations
Returns are strictly accepted only for:

- A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim transit damage

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong product
Contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
