Refund and Returns Policy

At Papershield, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that issues may occur during transit. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Window (Damage/Defect Only)

We offer a 7-day return policy, applicable only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include invoice or proof of purchase

Important Note:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selection by the customer
  • Minor color/design variations

Returns are strictly accepted only for:

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects or functional issues

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Record Unboxing Video
    • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim transit damage
  2. Contact Us
  3. Approval Process
    • Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

Contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal care / hygiene-related items
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards

6. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approval: You will be notified of the refund status
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Mode: Refund will be issued via the original payment method

Note:

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us
