1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once you place an order, our Sales Executive will contact you to confirm the order details.
After confirmation:
- Ready Stock Items:
Your parcel will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days - Non-Stock / Made-to-Order Items:
If the product is not readily available, it will go into manufacturing, which may take 7 to 10 business days before dispatch
What this means is we use this time to ensure proper quality checks, testing (if applicable), and secure packaging before shipping.
2. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch:
- Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days
- Total Estimated Timeline: Most customers receive their order within 5 to 9 days (ready stock)
- For manufactured items, total delivery time may extend accordingly
📦 Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
3. Important Notes
- Business Days:
Shipping timelines are calculated based on business days (Monday to Saturday). We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. - Delivery Coverage:
We strive to deliver across India. However, delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote or rural locations. - Delays:
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
